Would you believe me that I cheesed this True Arena using the Spike Ability? I just kept shaking my remote to shoot out spikes and the do a lot of rapid damage. Still, you have to avoid the bosses' attacks, but if you know that you are doing, you can take the bosses out in 30 to 45 seconds. If you're curious, try it out for yourself.
